R.J. Hill Consulting is a forensic engineering consulting firm specializing in investigating multi-million dollar losses as well as much smaller losses. Specifically, our expertise is in defects involving HVAC and associated equipment such as pumps, piping, and valves. Typically, problems involving defects arise during construction and after installation. However, problems are not necessarily limited to the equipment but, can also be related to the design of a system. Review and evaluation of an engineer's design is also part of our service. Furthermore, we are also involved in the investigation of other types of cases such as fires when the origin is placed at a piece of mechanical equipment. In addition, to engineering services, one of our associates is a licensed private investigator and can conduct fire investigations.
